Indoor sessions

The Nest, a garden room created specifically for holding counselling sessions, is a ten-minute walk from the bus stands in Ringwood town centre. Roadside parking is also available. There is a small step to enter the room. Please enquire for extra accommodations.

Online sessions are held over a specialist video therapy platform provided by Psychology Today.

Feeling uncomfortable about sitting in an unfamiliar room? Or just fancy a bit of fresh air? We can have sessions while out and about!
