Initial Consultation - 30 Minutes - Free

It may be hard to know whether you've found the right counsellor for yourself before you've had the chance to chat to them. Because of this, our initial 30-minute video consultation is free of charge. This is your chance to find out if I feel like the right person for you to talk to, and get a better understanding of how our sessions might work.
 

Individual Counselling - 50 Minutes (length adjustable)

I offer a sliding scale approach to session fees. This means the fee differs depending on your financial circumstances. This supports my belief that access to therapy should be equitable to all. The fee options are as follows:

• Standard fee: £65 per 50 minute session. Please pay this fee if you can comfortably financially afford to meet all your basic needs, have savings/likely inheritance, and expendable income for additional luxuries.

• Reduced fee: £55 per 50 minute session. Please pay this fee if you are managing to financially afford your basic needs, have a small safety net of savings, and enough expendable income for the occasional luxury.

• Minimum fee: £45 per 50 minute session. Please pay this fee if you struggle to financially afford your basic needs, have no savings, and can rarely afford any luxuries.​​​

Individual sessions may take place in my private counselling room, or over video call. An initial consultation will first be completed.

I'm currently ungergoing additional training to support people with sexual issues. For that reason, I can offer a limited amount of sessions focused on sexual issues at a discounted rate. Please get in contact if you would like to find out more about this.
