Initial Consultation - 30 Minutes - Free

It may be hard to know whether you've found the right counsellor for yourself before you've had the chance to chat to them. Because of this, our initial 30-minute video consultation is free of charge. This is your chance to find out if I feel like the right person for you to talk to, and get a better understanding of how our sessions might work.
 

Individual Counselling - 50 Minutes - £65 with sliding scale rate available

I believe that everyone should be able to access suitable services to support their mental wellbeing. I also understand that for various reasons, cost of therapy can become a barrier to this access. For this reason, I use a sliding scale to try and ensure fair access to therapy for all. Please get in touch if you
