Initial Consultation - 30 Minutes - Free

It may be hard for you to know if I'm the right counsellor for you before we've had the chance to chat. Because of this, our initial 30-minute video consultation is free of charge. This is your chance to find out if I feel like the right person for you to talk to, and get a better understanding of how our sessions might work.
 

Individual Counselling - 50 Minutes - £40

Individual sessions may take place in my private counselling room, over video call, or in a quiet public space for Walk and Talk Therapy. An initial consultation will first be completed.
