Face-to-face counselling sessions can be held in a purpose-built, dedicated counselling space, in West Howe, Bournemouth.​

For those who live further away or find travelling difficult, I can also offer counselling sessions via video call.

Walk and Talk

For when being up and about in the open air feels more comfortable, sessions can take place  at a pre-agreed location.

Home visits

For those who otherwise would find counselling difficult to access, we can discuss facilitating sessions in your home environment.
